  1. Delabar back to journeyman level. However, was that a hanging splitter or is it just me? I would think you bury that sucker down, but it seems he was trying to throw it for a strike. I guess I'm saying he might've been afraid JPA wouldn't block it if he threw it too low. Anyway, it doesn't mattter, the whole team sucks.
  2. LOLing at myself for continuing to watch this disaster, will stop soon though, they don't deserve my time.
  3. Another 1-run loss? They just make it close enough to drive us nuts!
  4. Agreed, Lind has consistently swung at strikes, so you gotta take it in stride.
  5. Don't forget a top 10 farm and 120M to spend which might be the biggest indictment of AA's moves.
  6. I didn't see the other time he stopped a runner, but Cabrera is not a fast runner, at least not right now. What would you have said if he had been thrown out? It's frustrating, but this is a bad team, I fully expect Loup to give up another run here.
  7. Bad team, they'll be 10 games under, right where they deserve to be.
  8. I'm all for selling since I wasn't for buying in the first place, at least not for buying the risky, expensive players they got. It would've been less hard to swallow if they didn't empty the farm for them, but it's too late now. Sell baby, hopefully AA gets canned before 'cause he'll probably screw up the draft and the trades, but it won't happen.
  9. If Syndergaard stays healthy, he's a stud and might be better than Sanchez once it's all said and done, bottomline, they should've kept BOTH period. Too late now, at least fire the fools running the Blue Jays
  10. No team will win many games when it gives up over 6 runs a game. I know they were facing Garcia today, but it's more difficult to hit when you're down by a few runs and the Jays are not a good hitting team to begin with.
  11. As long as he's not allowed to make any trades before then, by Rogers not Beeston, I'm ok with this, the other option is to fire him now before he screws up the draft.
  12. It's just a thought. It just feels as if he's the guy with the more consistently good AB's and not necessarily a knock against EE as Cabrera will keep innings alive as well. Anyway...
  13. I've only heard a bit of him because I usually watch with no sound. I thought I might be able to turn on the sound, but remembered Tabler's still around. From little I heard, at least he doesn't ramble on with one stupid comment after the other like Buck does and didn't hear him confuse the players on the field, that's gotta ba a positive.
  14. When Reyes comes back, I'd like this lineup: Reyes Bautista Cabrera Encarnacion Lind/Lawrie Rasmus/Lawrie Lawrie/Rasmus JPA Kawasaki/Bonifacio/Izturis/2b of the future
  15. Tough to see Dickey struggle like this, such a likeable guy, but it is what it is. Looks like Gibbons got greedy trying to get as many innings as possible. Offense has sucked as well, but it's tough to come back from deficits every game with the starters struggling so much. Worst part out of all this is that the Jays are stuck with guys only AA would trade for.
  16. He's a vet and so is Dickey and the AA doesn't like pissing off his vets.
  17. Some of the guys in AAA were signed to make the Bisons as good as they could. Guys like Jimenez, Negrych, Gomez and a few of the pitchers were signed to help the Bisons compete.
  18. It would also eliminate the complaining by players, which is sometimes justified, wouldn't it? Win win situation which is why it won't happen.
