    I hope you're right, but given that Gibbons plays him 4/5 games, I have my doubts.

    Will a reporter ask Gibbons if he regrets using Cecil on Thursday instead of Oliver or McGowan? Probably not.

    And why is it ok to bring in Janssen with 2 men on, but not with no one out. Gibbons was horrible in this series, made a fool of himself.

    Gotta give credit to Buehrle, I would bet if it had been Morrow, he would've given up 6 runs or more and been gone by the 4th inning.

    Management then coaching and on down is the order of blame. When you tolerate the crap that JPA pulls so much, I refuse to get mad at players because they're clearly being told that it's acceptable.

    I like the guy, but he's been bad this series. First he brings in Cecil in a game in which they were down 0-7 and Cecil throws 20 pitches. Then Cecil pitches the next day a bit tired. Anyway....

    Problem with this team is that no one pays the price for the failure to execute fundamentals so I refuse to get too mad at the players.

    It seems the Red Sox are trying to walk them, but Blue Jays won't let them.

    Why should Arencibia try to improve when there are no consequences to his failures?

    I'm not one to get on coaches/managers, but so often this team has no clue what it's doing at the plate even against mediocre pitching.

    I don't think AA will trade any top prospects, especially for a rental. I really think they overpaid in the offseason in trades because they were under pressure to NOT strike out in acquiring players like in previous offseasons...then again, I've been wrong before

    I agree, but I'd like to think the offense will improve with a healthy Reyes, Cabrera and Lawrie. There's no doubt the team needs Buehrle to continue pitching well, not like an ace, but what's he's been doing. Johnson and Dickey need to put together 5 good starts and then I'd feel confident that they're back.
