For sure, but some think he's Goins 2.0. He brings speed to the table and has actually walked at around a 10% clip in the minors. Anyway, don't want to overreact. He's certainly contributed way more than that other guy they DFA'd. -
As said earlier about Gose's defense, some don't fully understand the value he brings on the basepaths till you f***ing open your brain.

Speaking of pitch counts. Darvish was pushed back 2 days after throwing 126 (?) in his no-no bid against the Red Sox. I wonder if the Jays should've done the same after Hutchison threw 110 (?) against @ Philly. I guess different teams handle these things differently, but given that Hutchison came back mid last season from TJS, I thought it might deserve some scrutiny. Who knows, maybe not.

It's simply the fact that he can't see the ball well off Darvish's hand. He's now 1 for 16 with 7K against Darvish, for whatever this is worth.

Could be. People forget that he k's alot and is a white CF so he can't be a good defender, can he? Not saying I agree with the above, but some teams think this way. Some could be leery of BJ Upton V2. -
I happen to suspect that AA was told to try to get rid of him without having to eat his contract. Sad, in terms of giving away an asset, but true.

Worry about the money YOU donate, if you do. Otherwise, live and let live. As long as they're donating voluntarily, no one should have a problem with this. Funny how no one wonders how efficient governments are with the money we "donate" to them...lol.

See, you have a biased opinion. Escobar wasn't trade because the team thought he was crap, he was traded for PR reasons. As I said, Reyes didn't offer himself the contract he signed and Reyes didn't make AA/Beeston trade for him nor did he make these 2 give away Escobar for PR reasons.

As I said, let it go, he gone. He was given away for PR reasons, get over it. This is the way your favorite team is run. If it wasn't run this way, Reyes isn't here. Don't blame the player, blame your favorite team for being run this way.

What? You expect him to hit for power? Look, you've gotta accept that Escobar was given away because of the "maricon" incident. This is the way this franchise is run, don't blame Reyes for that. Reyes has a history of getting injured and it's for all to see, blame AA for being dumb.
