Nah, arb for 2016, 17, and 18.

The Yankees have three guys that stand a decent chance of giving them a combined 225 high-leverage innings of sub-2 ERA ball. We've never seen a bullpen like this, and don't really know how big an impact it will have, but they are absolutely capable of winning the AL East this year.

This is a really good move. They'll get 3-4 wins from Chapman, and then get a better prospect than any they gave up with a comp pick (if they aren't eliminated).

At least one of Mahtook and Jaso will be dropped at the cut if nobody wants them. Jaso still has OF eligibility, and will start at 1B for Pittsburgh vs. RHP. I'd be looking for a prospect, SS, or 3B.

Also, from what I can tell, the study cited in your article was performed by an anti-legalization advocacy group called Smart Colorado. Their "Meet the Team" page is the following http://smartcolorado.org/meet-the-team/ If this group is responsible for the studies in question, I'm going to go ahead and question their qualifications for performing research. -
