Yeah, I could see him getting like 3/24 or something if he keeps it up, in which case I'd be out. I'd love to find a way to keep him around though. He's reliable, good, and gives teams a different look.
You guys think there's any chance Joe Smith is retained next year if he stays healthy? Looks like a good chance he has his 7th year in a row with 50+ games, 50+ IP, and an ERA under 3.6. Guy is an absolute boss.
For all the whining that people have done over the Morales signing, he's been at least as good as Edwin, and better than the cheaper 1-year contract guys like Moss, Napoli, and Carter who have been sub-replacement-level tire fires.
Now that Fulmer is gone, I think Riley Pint might be the next guy I look to move off the farm. Huge arm, but the results haven't been there in his first 70 pro innings and I have a million picks in the draft so I can't really wait on him.
