  1. Bumping in celebration of Rodgers' wRC+ climbing over 200 last night.
  2. Cyborg rejected my offer
  3. Well, you beat me without much trouble last week and get my Troutless squad this week so I think I've been pretty good company.
  4. Let's test your theory. I just offered a 2nd for him in LoD. I expect to be rejected without a counter.
  5. Have had two inquiries on Givens, but nothing acceptable. Asking a 2nd round MiLB pick.
  6. This is the most delusional a Jays player has been about his own ability since JPA compared himself to Posey.
  7. Yeah, I could see him getting like 3/24 or something if he keeps it up, in which case I'd be out. I'd love to find a way to keep him around though. He's reliable, good, and gives teams a different look.
  8. You guys think there's any chance Joe Smith is retained next year if he stays healthy? Looks like a good chance he has his 7th year in a row with 50+ games, 50+ IP, and an ERA under 3.6. Guy is an absolute boss.
  9. Boozehounds, I dropped Mejia from your roster. Be careful with the illegal adds.
  10. Well, we can answer this. He's at -0.1 fWAR and -0.03 WPA. So to the best of our knowledge, he's been worth zero wins.
  11. Justin Bour is going to cruise past 30 homeruns. CJB.
  12. For all the whining that people have done over the Morales signing, he's been at least as good as Edwin, and better than the cheaper 1-year contract guys like Moss, Napoli, and Carter who have been sub-replacement-level tire fires.
  13. Now that Fulmer is gone, I think Riley Pint might be the next guy I look to move off the farm. Huge arm, but the results haven't been there in his first 70 pro innings and I have a million picks in the draft so I can't really wait on him.
  14. I see no issue with it. There's no rule stating prospects go on waivers if they're cut.
  15. It's unlimited through the offseason, then max of 14 until the MiLB cut down in July, then 12 until the offseason.
  16. So knowing that you'll have to cut down to 12 before the July draft, you'll have to decide if you still want to make the deal.
  17. KEEPER RULES On March 1st prior to the rule 5 Draft (March 7) – teams must trim their MLB rosters down. Teams can roster a maximum of 32 total players through the cut down with a maximum of 22 MLB and 14 MiLB being allowed. For example, teams can decide to keep 22 of their MLB players but would only be allowed to carry 10 MiLB. If teams choose this setup their redundant waiver picks will dissolve. If teams acquire more than 12 prospects via trade or draft then they can cut down to a minimum 18 MLB players and carry a maximum of 14 prospects through the cut down period but will be required to cut down to a maximum of 12 prospects before the July MiLB draft. Trades between the cut date and the Rule 5 Draft need to have equal numbers of MLB players + waiver picks on both sides, to ensure each team exits the Rule 5 Draft with 25 players. After the season has concluded and prior to the Cut Date, roster size (both MLB and MiLB) is unlimited. Owners may acquire as many MLB & MiLB players via trade as they wish, so long as their rosters are cut down to the maximum allowable size by mid-February. No free agents may be picked up via the Yahoo database after the conclusion of the playoffs until the conclusion of the Rule 5 Draft.
  18. Right, you're allowed 14 until the MiLB draft, but then I think we have to cut down to 12. Trying to find the confirmation on this now. Anyone have it handy?
  19. I believe jays_fever needs to drop or promote two prospects to make this deal happen.
  20. Sean Doolittle is about to go on a rehab assignment, so I'm looking at trading Mychal Givens to open up a spot. In a league with 22 keeper spots, I think he's a pretty nice pen arm. 2.85 ERA since breaking in in 2015 with 10.86 K/9. He's currently the 149th most valuable player in our league this year.
  21. You need to activate Sandoval before I add Castillo.
  22. But why would anyone want to play Russ at 3B?
