    Yes he is a very bad poster. But not because of his baseball takes or anything. It's because probably half his posts on this forum are him complaining that everyone here except him acts poorly, treats him unfairly, and are a "hivemind" who just don't understand the game as deeply as him. It's a level of narcissism that's extremely grating to pretty much everyone who reads it.

    It's pretty wild. Its been a legit complaint this year on this forum that Atkins didn't add a closer in the offseason, even though he added two of the best relievers in baseball in the last 8 months or so

    Feels like a June or July problem, sadly

    It's hard right now to see the team in a position where they can't use useful 5th starter production from someone like Corbin. Right now Scherzer looks cooked and Lauer is probably best pushed back to a swingman role. So even when the team gets Yesavage and Berrios back I could see them keeping him around.

    If you're expecting the team manager to give voice to your own frustrations, that's just not going to happen, nor should it. We'll probably see Varland called on next time a save situation come up, and that's all that needs to be communicated to the fans.

    I am a certified Hoffman lover. And by lover I mean someone who thinks he's going to be a very good bullpen arm again.

    I'm still on the Hoffman train. His K-BB is like 33% and the stuff is still above average. Just have to assume the results fall into place eventually. xFIP is 1.22 xERA 2.57 ERA inflated with a 0.571 BABIP and 33.3% HR/FB. Easiest regression candidate in baseball right now,
