I posted something like this a few weeks ago. You'd have a hard time convincing me that he should still pitch. You're talking about a RF who's projected at a 121 wRC+ (and might actually be better than that), who also has an 80 arm and 70 speed. That's Christian Yelich, with louder tools - could be a 5-6 win player.

This is an interesting idea. I have no idea if anyone else is planning on leaving, but a dispersal draft would be attractive to potential new owners. We did a 4-team dispersal in LoD in the offseason, and it worked really, really well.

That's actually an impressive amount of optionable talent waiting in AAA. I'd have no issues just cutting ties with Pompey though. He's 26 in a few months and has shown absolutely nothing to make me think he's a viable MLB player.

C - Jansen 1B - Smoak 2B - Gurriel Jr. 3B - Vlad SS - Diaz CF - Pillar LF - McKinney/Hernandez (both have options) RF - Grichuk DH - Morales 2B - Travis (options) C/3B - Martin LF/RF - McKinney/Hernandez (both have options) 2B/LF - Drury (options) - Maile will be non-tendered - Solarte should be bought out, because he's terrible and the $4.7M the team would save can be put to much better use - Tulo is probably going to be on the DL If JD is back or Tulo is healthy, just option one/both of Drury/Travis until someone gets hurt. The team has the opposite of a logjam right now: they don't have enough good players. They should be looking to add above-average big league players to the roster to allow them to option some of that ~1-win talent to AAA.

It isn’t your fault at all. One of the reasons why I banned him is because you have him on the IL and haven’t instigated anything recently. I realize that you guys didn’t ask for anyone to be banned, but his posts weren’t just critical or disagreements with your arguments. Posting mean-spirited s*** about something that people tried to create just for the sake of being an ******* rubs me the wrong way. I don’t like it.
