    I don't even think AA should be lauded for this. This contract is so bad for the player that I honestly feel sorry for him, and it's a bad look for the Braves org. I also don't really understand the motivation for Albies to sign a deal like this. After this season he'll be up to ~1.5M in career earnings, and he's been good enough at the MLB level that he knows there are millions more in his future. This isn't a kid who has no idea if he can play in the majors. He's already rich, and about to get really rich, even going year to year.

    Steamer projection up 292/322/447. For a catcher who will be in the lineup most days because he also plays 1B and 3B, that's a pretty nifty player.

    With Clevinger out 6 weeks I could use pitching help. Would move picks/prospects for a reliable arm. I prefer a starter, but would also have interest in a very good reliever. Wander Franco is not available tho.

St. Louis should have told the media to get f***ed instead of forcing him to address them. The tweets weren't even offensive.

    Well Dinger, it's been a fun match. Looks like you need either 3 steals or your pen to give you 10 Ks with 0 walks. You do have 8 relievers, and one of them is Josh Hader, so it is possible.

    Everything about Trout's numbers so far is bananas. Would be fun to see him put up like a 220 wRC+ for a few years.
