  1. I think if she had been able to prove that he inflicted that damage the DA would have pursued charges.
  2. Is MiLB tracker working for anyone? https://www.mlb.com/prospects/stats/player-tracker?dateRange=today&link=
  3. I can’t decide if the rotation or lineup are more gross.
  4. I tried to squint and see an 85-90 season, because its the A's. Maybe if they keep Manaea and Montas? If those two move, it looks really, really bad. The lineup is awful.
  5. So Oakland is going to be terrible right? Does anyone think this is one of those years where everyone expects them to be terrible and they win 90 games? Go on record now and look like a genius in 6 months!
  6. Basically free. His knee is toast.
  7. I can't wait to have a good team
  8. I'll play. Not unlikely bear cases: Ruiz - never becomes more than a slap hitter Bellinger - is actually bad Buxton - injured most of the year Rodriguez - doesn't hit the ground running Bell - performs somewhere between his 2020 and 2021 Your questionable rotation stumbles in round 1 and the plucky 8th seed BTS ends up bouncing you with extreme prejudice.
  9. The regular season ends on Wed, Oct 05. Thinking of having the finals end Sun, Oct 02. Any objections?
  10. Story feels like the biggest landmine in the market. I guess second after Correa if he gets 300M. He seems to have a reputation as a better hitter than he is.
  11. SS - Turner RF - Betts 1B - Freeman 3B - Turner DH - Muncy 2B - Taylor CF - Bellinger C - Smith LF - Pollock If Bellinger returns to being a good hitter and they stay reasonably healthy, that might be one of the best lineups ever assembled.
  12. I think he called him a boring Joey Votto with less power last year when his SLG was hovering around 400.
  13. Why are the Reds keeping Castillo and Mahle? They’re going to lose 100 games a year over the next few years with or without them. Why not cash in while they’re healthy?
  14. Nick Krall appears to be an idiot
  15. Peak Trout and peak Kershsaw on the same team was formidable
  16. Well, Garrett does kinda suck
  17. I'm still salty about the Braves win last year. They honestly weren't that good. With Soroka and Acuna out it was 3 good starters (but no aces), a mediocre bullpen that went on a run, and an above-average but unremarkable offense.
  18. These are the existential fantasy baseball questions that keep me up at night.
  19. I bet it isn’t 4 years until you compete!
  20. I don't mean to be hyperbolic, but this team with Ramirez would have a shot at 105+ win territory with some luck and pitching health.
  21. Nobody should care about losing Hoglund for Chapman. Not only is he a pitcher, he's a pitcher with zero pro innings who's recovering from TJS.
  22. I'm surprised people seem lukewarm on this. Chapman probably helps the team as much as Freeman does. He might be a half win worse in a vacuum, but he actually plays the team's biggest position of need, doesn't force messy solutions like Vlad to 3B, and won't cost 180M. And he's really, really fun to watch.
  23. L54 is very good at fantasy baseball.
