This is fantastic. Anyone who likes baseball should be thrilled that mainstream media is starting to challenge casual fans with new ideas about the game.
That's actually pretty impressive. It's hard to rebuild with 12-man farm limits. Looking forward to seeing how/when you start building your MLB roster up.
If the team is capped at $135 million, 7-8 million on a reliever is nuts. Consider further that he's 33 and will likely command a 3-year deal and there's no way he should be retained.
Ugh, I'm really dreading my Dinger matchup next week. I'm in the middle of a battle for the MC, and taking time out to get curb-stomped is going to suck.
Brought up Ross a few pages ago. I'm pretty happy with how good he's been because I shopped him hard to several teams before trading him to you and I didn't want to look like a snake-oil salesman. Guy is legitimately good and has been since returning to the rotation in the second half last year.
Oops, 5 games over. The point remains though, it's going to be tough for you to make it. Three good teams in your way, and IMO you face three top-5 teams in the last six weeks. Buying is definitely bold.
If he doesn't like being called out, he's free to stop annoying people. I'm not even sure what your problem is. People want to play in leagues with people who try to make it a pleasant experience. Randy actively tries to annoy people for attention. People don't like it and don't want to play with him.
Awesome. I have no idea why Randy seems to have an open invitation to forum leagues even though his only purpose seems to be to annoy the living f*** out of everyone.
