The team options are all kinda interesting: Morrow 10 M option and 1M buyout Lind 7.5 M option and 1 M buyout Happ 6.7 M option 0.2 M buyout McGowan 4 M option 0.5 buyout Thole (I don't even know the terms) Lind will be back. Morrow probably won't. I could see the team going either way on the other three. Personally, the only one I'd pick up is Lind assuming a 135-140 payroll.

That's a pretty ugly quote. I wonder how many GMs feel the same way reflecting back on a tenure after being canned? It's easy to see how things can spiral quickly out of control once a few things go wrong, and you would feel like you're reacting to things as they happen instead of setting pieces in place for a long-term plan.
