    First the Raptors sign Lowry and now the Leafs sign Kontiola and Santorelli. This is amazing!!!

    The game is supposed to be for the fans, this the fans should be able to vote on who they want to see in it. If anything, they could expand the roster by a couple spots to give the managers more wiggle room to select key players that were not voted in. People take some stuff way too seriously.

    Edwin will go, no manager could be that stupid to not bring him along. It would be a media nightmare.

    I doubt either gets shut down. I think we will start seeing extra days rest and even skipping the odd start to try and get them to the end of the season. Once we get into the playoffs, if it's a huge concern at that point we may see one or both work out of the pen.

    Well this is good news. This team will only get better over time now barring any major injuries.

    I'm against gutting the minors as well, but is will say this. An addition of a true ace, ie. Price would probably make the Jays a very dangerous team in the playoffs.

    I'm not ripping the Jays, just stating the obvious. I hope they win the division, but let's not forget the division is the weakest it's been in years.

    I'm positive of my analysis, lol. Jays have a great opportunity, they just need to get back to 10 games over .500.

    Best case sure. Worst case, I'd rather trade him to some other GM who overvalues him.

    Roy Halladay had a career 3.0BB/9IP in the minors, Sanchez has a career 4.9BB/9IP. Let's temper our expectations.

    Completely irrational. Teams have a bench for a reason. You utilize pinch runners when needed.

    And if Bautista has to run hard on a single to score and misses the next month everyone would be calling for Gibbons head. He made the right call.

    Not really if he wants to protect Bautista from having to potentially run hard and miss more time.
