  1. Sure he can, he's always been a OBP guy and if the power stays consistent he should be able to stick at any position.
  2. Davis is 26 years old repeating AA, he could still be useful but he isn't going to make any top prospect list anymore. I think mlb pipeline had him as our 30th best prospect to start the year. Biggio had an ok year last year, nothing that would blow people away and his defense at 2B is questionable. They've been trying him at 3B and 1B this year as well. I don't think anyone expected this kind of power from him, he's definitely going to be in our top 10 now.
  3. The situation seems weird. Low balling him for a minor wrist injury he got swinging a bat?
  4. Tabler ruins all broadcasts, no idea why he has been apart of the broadcast for this long. Everytime he is away the broadcast is 1000000000x more enjoyable.
  5. Toronto Blue Jays Orelvis Martinez, ss, Dominican Republic (No. 7 prospect) -- $3.5 million signing bonus Javier D’Orazio, c, Venezuela Amell Brazoban, of, Dominican Republic Wilfran Astudillo, ss, Venezuela Gary David, c, Venezuela Leo Callez, ss, Venezuela Jorman Gonzalez, rhp, Venezuela Wilgenis Alvarado, lhp, Venezuela Javier Perdomo, lhp, Venezuela Michael Arias, ss, Dominican Republic Juanfer Castro, rhp, Dominican Republic
  6. From BA stock watch. Anthony Alford, OF, Blue Jays Rank: Not ranked. Preseason: 60. Alford’s baseball career got off to a slow start because he was playing college football. He quickly made up for lost time after focusing on baseball, but since then injuries have dramatically slowed his development. Alford has suffered from a concussion, a knee injury, a broken wrist and a hamstring injury over the past three seasons. While he still has impressive tools, he has struggled at the plate this season, and some scouts now see him more as a future fourth outfielder rather than a regular.
  7. Harris was sent back to AA yesterday.
  8. BJMB shared subscription? Where to I sign.
  9. A little fap material.
  10. Looks like the Market is picking up for Machado and the Orioles should get a pretty good haul if they don't f*** it up. Really pissed that Donaldson has been so s*** this year and hurt.
  11. Tim Collins DFA by the Nats, never did get that first Major league save.
  12. Shapiro wants Frazier back, make it happen!
  13. Would love to add Frazier and maybe one of the yankees lower tier arms for Happ if possible.
  14. Really nice to see that Foley is starting to find some consistency.
  15. You would think at this point Atkins and the league have all the details they need to comment about it. If they are comfortable bringing him back then I'm good with it. Let the legal stuff take care of itself and what ever comes from it deal with that. I don't think it's bad precedent to set that we are willing to give a guy a second chance after he f***ed up. He's paying the price with a big suspension and still has to deal with the legal proceedings. He's also agreed to go into a treatment program. Of course it could all be smoke and mirrors and he is shipped out as soon as possible. Could just let him finish the season with us and trade him in the off season.
  16. I want him back so I'm good with this, we'll see how the SJWs take it.
  17. Nobody is saying he's a top tier prospect, he may be a utility guy or he maybe nothing. I'll take that lottery ticket for rental platoon player who can't stay healthy. It was already going to be hard to fit him into the lineup with Morales, Smoak and our OF surplus.
  18. I figured it wouldn't be the full amount, seemed like we were giving up too much.
  19. I wanna know how much cash we are kicking in on this? But either way I'll take a utility infielder for Pearce.
  20. It's not a horrible idea, they do need someone to backup Diaz.
  21. Rehabbing, his suspension is up in 9 games so probably one more rehab start and he'll be in AAA.
  22. Jhon Solarte, Venezuelan switch hitter we signed last year for $10K is destroying the DSL through 20 games. .354/.469/.456 14BB 13K 9SB playing CF
