I agree with you but Social justice man. It doesn't matter that Osuna has agreed to go into a treatment program or anything. Judging from the twitter/reddit reactions all people care about is that he is off the team.
He won't be welcomed back.
Under 82 for sure, I still think around 30. Hard to tell we hear from Osuna camp that he denys any wrong doing and from other sources that throw out vague terms like "significant".
Martinez is higher profile, with above average tools and plus power with a chance to stick at SS.
Hiraldo Average tools plus hit but T H I C C and probably going to stick at 3B.
By comparison Hiraldo was ranked the 17th best prospect by MLB pipeline last year and Martinez is ranked 4th this year.
I think you're right we can definitely afford to sign Donaldson but what's his incentive to stay? The team isn't going to be in any position to compete for the next 2 years and that's if the prospects we have continue their success and be who we expect them to be.
Exciting to actually have position players to follow. 2 years ago the only guys worth keeping an eye on were Alford and Tellez. It's amazing to see how far our system have come.
Jays tried to have MLB expedite their investigation. Request was denied cause they still don't have all the facts.

I may have jumped the gun on Groshan and Conine busts.
Conine- 3-5, 2B, 1K, 3RBI
Groshans 2-4, 1BB, 1K, 1RBI
Also noting that Miguel Hiraldo keeps crushing.
Hiraldo 4-4, 1BB, 1SB, 2RBI
I don't even know what you could get for Tepera, KC jumped the gun and got an underwhelming haul on Herra and he is an established closer albeit a rental.
Let him play SS until someone better comes along to bump him off to second. We have a lot of SS in the system but he's the closest to the majors and Tulo shouldn't be blocking him.
