  1. It also goes against the entire MO of the FO. They've repeatedly shown that they're willing to take on salary in trades in order to have better/more prospects coming in. No way they suddenly do the opposite now. (Well not just for the sake of dumping salary anyway. To get a massively valued young player, sure, as others have said above)
  2. Cain 5 years 80M
  3. Brewers OF looking *good*
  4. Nice pickup for them
  5. And they don't want to wait for Trout And Pujols will go in as a Cardinal obviously
  6. No he didn't Best of luck with the Kansas City Royals, Ryan
  7. There's never been a prospect I've wanted kept more than Guerrero Jr Way more than I ever felt about Stroman Syndergaard Sanchez D'Arnaud Lawrie or anyone else

  9. Nothing wrong with this signing Yay
  10. You jinxed us Lol
  11. Pirates unloading
  12. Yeah They locked up Strasburg The Yankees are no longer in play for Harper (good God I hope not anyway imagine an OF of Stanton Harper Judge. Who cares if none of them play a qualify CF) I can see him re-signing there next off season after resting free agency
  13. Also fewer of Edwin's flying bats Never saw a guy launch so many bats into stands
  14. Not the extension we were hoping for
  15. Big time We could have ended up paying that much money for 2 arbitration years of Ryan f'n Goins
  16. Whaaaaaaat
  17. That's a lot of money to have a guy barely pitch and then walk in free agency Ouch I guess it's a sign of good faith that MAYBE helps them retain him
  18. What was he expected to win in arbitration 23M would have been record setting, no??
  19. Trevor Bauer at Driveline Clocked throwing 117 mp/h using a three hop step I suspect his team would like him to not be doing this https://www.si.com/mlb/2018/01/11/indians-trevor-bauer-117-mph-pitch-video
  20. And why keep Cutch at this point if you're the pirates
