    Jim Bowden just said something on MLB Network that shocked me. "Over the last 5 years, the Dodgers have eaten more money on dumped contracts than the Tampa Bay Rays have paid for their actual playing roster" Not sure if he's being literal or not. Is this actually true or just hyperbole.
