    So far so good. You can't second guess any of his moves so far But ownership will want more success. It was the same in Detroit. Big budgets and good teams but not enough post season success.

    The mistake was telling anyone anything Now Baker looks wishy washy and Strasburg looks soft and there's way more attention on his performance today then you want Why say anything yesterday? Keep it in the organization until you know for sure if he's good to go today or not

What are we at for $$$ so far with the guaranteed contracts plus the likely arb keepers: Josh Donaldson (5.158) – $20.7MM Aaron Loup (5.040) – $1.8MM Ezequiel Carrera (4.039) – $1.9MM Marcus Stroman (3.148) – $7.2MM Kevin Pillar (3.113) – $4.0MM Ryan Goins (3.106) – $1.8MM Aaron Sanchez (3.069) – $1.9MM Devon Travis (3.000) – $1.7MM Roberto Osuna (3.000) – $5.6MM Might as well count Carrera, Loup and Goins as likely kept, because even if they're not you're likely paying someone else 1M+ to fill those spots. I don't see the FO guaranteeing 2018 MLB roster spots right now for Urena or Alford, even though doing so would save about 1M each vs keeping Goins and Carrera.

    Hehe Good answer The only thing about Farrell that bothered me was how he lucked in to a World Series in his first year back there. That sucked Now I don't care that much Maybe it would be good for the rest of the division if they decide to keep him LOL

    So, is the the year that the Red Sox finally fire John Farrell If so is it because: 1. They finally figured out he's not a good manager 2. They've known for a while that he's not that good, and will use another disappointing playoff appearance as an excuse to fire him now 3. They need a sacrificial lamb to appease an angry fanbase for two consecutive ALCS embarrassments

    I always thought the Dodgers were the better team but would not have predicted a sweep Also pretty confident they can handle whoever wins the other series LAS vs HOU world series looks quite possible and would be awesome
