    McGriff was f***ing awesome. I can understand why people were (initially) upset that he was traded.

    In a meeting all day so.just going by Twitter updates. Sounds like Sierra looked better in the OF?? Want to see lots more obviously but some early signs of improvement would be encouraging. I worry the team might make a bad decision on him due to option status and I only want him on the team if he can play a position acceptably well.

    As I'm sure you know, not so much. Has openly stated that he has zero interest in playing for the Jays Would he block a trade? No idea. But it ain't happening anyway.

    Sure. Team did so s*** last year you'd rather have TDA and Syn back. They would have helped the team in 2014 some, and 2015 big time.

    That's exactly what I thought but it's close Quite possibly just because New York essentially has a 4 hour head start over California though. Sogard may surge during Pacific Time work hours.

    Sure. And it was a coin toss as far as I was concerned at the time. Wanted to keep both, but didn't really prefer one over the other in the trade. In retrospect we almost certainly traded the better pitcher, but we'll see in a few years.
