    Mullins doesn't get nearly the recognition he deserves for the season he's having.

    I actually don't think Rogers would allow it even at league min. The front office would be fools not to want it though.

    I imagine they could if it was written into the CBA along with a sensible time limit. There's no way they could as things currently stand. Besides, it makes too much sense for it to ever happen.

    Yeah. I agree it's not ideal, but at the same time he brought all of this on himself. I feel a little sorry for the Dodgers, but not him. MLB should probably withhold MOST of the salary during these investigations, then the rest can be released if appropriate after the investigation concludes.
