    They probably don't want to deal with the border for a single game. I'm sure they aren't thrilled with the pitching the Jays would be throwing at them either.

    Yeah. He may only be once through the order though. The Rays will have a few days off to rest their relievers and won't want them rusty. They'll probably get lots onto the mound today.

    I was planning on taking Kyle, but I can't pass up on Cade. Thanks for the offers that people made. I can't remember who Swipa da fox is again, but I sent a message through Yahoo.

    It's crazy that there could be two 91 win teams this year that don't make the wildcard game.

    Biggio is such a great slider. I think he might be out, but that was a great slide.

    Teoscar has to take charge on that. Ridiculously tough play for the 1B.

    Verlander (at least earlier in his career) never used to throw max effort at the beginning of the game. He'd ramp it up slowly as the game progressed or as the situation demanded it. It probably saved him a lot of bullets. If he smelled a no hitter or something though, look out in the 8th and 9th! You're gonna be seeing triple digits.

    It almost feels like the Yankees picked up on something. Those were not the same swings they were taking earlier in the game.
