    It'll be interesting to see what direction they go. I could see an argument for adding or subtracting (or maybe even both). One or two bench tweaks is probably all that's needed to turn a bunch of those recent single digit losses into wins.

    Why do people think his bat is garbage? He put up a 106 wRC+ last year (118 in the second half) and is projected for 113 wRC+ this year. He's also likely to see a large bump in his BABIP with the shift rule changes this year. That is NOT a garbage bat. It's not Teoscar, but it's well above average, especially for a CF.

    I feel like the Jays may try to take advantage of the new shift rules with these moves. They may have enough speed in the outfield to let 2 guys basically cover it, with the third guy providing the same benefit previously obtained through the shift (obviously batter dependent).

    What a weird line from Westbrook. 2 points (2 for 2 at the line!), 3 rebounds, 4 assists, and 5 steals. I don't think I've ever seen something like that before from him.
