  1. Can we blame this on Fatcow for posting the wrong lineups?
  2. So ... he looks like Halladay at the same age is what you're saying? People forget that Hutch is still only 23.
  3. This is rather amusing: http://www.cbc.ca/sports/baseball/minor-league-gm-to-get-prostate-exam-while-singing-take-me-out-to-the-ballgame-1.2713713
  4. Realistically he's probably Reed Johnson with the ability to fill in at a few infield spots. Very useful player, but probably not an everyday guy imo.
  5. I love the way Kratz moves and presents a target behind the plate.
  6. The picking is getting a little trickier. There's a few people I've been looking at, but they're probably too skinny and short to even make the Canadian national women's team...
  7. Abomination grumbles about drafting defensemen and selects Brycen Martin, a defenseman with the Sabres.
  8. I'm not having any issues.
  9. Abomination selects Anton Karlsson, a RW with Phoenix. (selected 87th this year's draft so people know the one I'm referring to) JG34 is on the clock!
  10. I don't think anyone has any clue what the strike zone is atm, and that includes the ump.
  11. I wouldn't mind seeing us pick up Denorfia. Should be extremely cheap trade candidate, gives us a right handed outfield bat who can play all three positions.
  12. If he doesn't like people bunting against the shift, then don't shift ...
  13. It's called narrowing down your future career path. Maybe you look at something that requires no higher brain function like politics.
  14. The shock would have been if you didn't
  15. He throws harder than Buehrle (at least this year). Velocity probably isn't the best thing to look at. Mills main problem in those starts with us was the walks. Actually it's interesting that his velocity has ticked up quite a bit this year. If he was coming out of the pen rather than starting and could add another 2 mph or so, he might make a pretty good reliever with that big curveball. Regardless, this is really a nothing move as he's just keeping the spot warm for Sanchez coming up and allowing Jenkins to get some work in. Certainly no reason for anyone to be upset about it.
  16. I don't see him listed
  17. Abomination selects Brendan Gaunce, a center from the Vancouver Canucks. JaysGuy is on the clock x2.
  18. Get rid of the extended character for Spanky's pick 107 or no one will find it when they search.
  19. Interesting. This was the article I saw on Holmberg originally and figured by the first paragraph that he was a legal add: http://oilersnation.com/2014/4/1/edmonton-oilers-sign-mitch-holmberg The rules don't deal with this, but it seems to me that since he signed an amateur tryout offer that he would be considered property of the organization for the purposes of the draft.
  20. IMO, based on ease of use and feature set on Windows: Best (free) for simple things: Paint.net Best (free) for resizing images (tons of options and bulk capability) and some modifications: Irfanview Best (paid) for everything: Photoshop, but costs $10 / month.
  21. Seriously, install Paint.net if you want something for simple things. It was originally supposed to officially replace MS Paint anyway.
  22. Please tell me people don't still use MS Paint. Lots of good free alternatives that are vastly better.
