The only thing he'll hurt you in a little is k/bb (which hasn't been below 2.0 since 2010 btw). He's pretty bankable at being solid to above average in all the other categories, and should collect a ton of holds. Lower K rate is probably made up for by more reliable innings volume.
I wouldn't take him in the first round of the draft or anything, but that's pretty damn good value in round 4. (Dinger's pick of Shaw was as well)
