    Not well, although a small sample size. He can warm body the position in a pinch though. He'd be a big upgrade in LF.

    I don't like that. You're against one of the best relievers, play for the tie until you get him out of the game. Send the runner, and force the defense to make the play.

    Apparently the Tigers are converting Gose into a pitcher. Not sure if that was posted before and I missed it or not.

    Yeah, I don't think they will either. I was responding to the part about him not being ready, not whether it makes financial sense for them. Maybe they'd like some Smoak in their lives for a little while

    Gillaspie is probably ready enough. Ideally he'd get 1/2 season more in AAA first, but he has spent ~1/2 year there already with very good results. He's probably an upgrade right now, straight up.

    Man, a few notes from the US anthem were pitched just right to be really hard on the ears. Nice voice though.

    Correa is STILL only 22 and has 135 and 122 wRC+ seasons under his belt. I kind of think you take him over Bryant, whether it's dynasty fantasy or real life. Redraft would be Bryant.

    He did this last year for the first 3 weeks of the season or so too. Was almost unplayable ... then he went off big time.

    Former Jay Otis Nixon has been reported missing, after going to play a round of golf on Saturday and disappearing.

    Probably would have been smarter to lock in the categories, especially with Thor's blister issue last week.

    Hardly Smoak's fault. It's pretty impressive he came as close as he did to scooping that one. He has lots of blemishes, no need to create ones.
