    I don't know if MLB would allow it, or if they could block it. Dunno how the rules are structured. What I expect to see happen, is Otani will be given the majority of his money in his final season before arbitration, which will dramatically push up his arbitration amount (assuming he pitches well).

    It'll be interesting to see how good his bat is. I know he's considered to be a better pitcher than hitter, but a team could possibly play him full time outfield, and have him also be the closer. That's assuming he's allowed to warm up in the pen between innings if he's a player already in the game, which I'm not sure is permitted.

    It may come down to the combo of which team has the most bonus pool money to give him, and which guarantee him the chance to bat as well.

    With that said, I'd love to see us tie it up and really decimate Baltimore's pen before they head into New York for a really important series.

    In a lot of ways, this game is going perfectly. Good pitching performance in an audition for next year, and we're only 3.5 back of the #6 draft pick coming into today

    Matt Boyd has stranded the bases loaded two straight innings, but he's taken 81 pitches to get through 3 innings though lol. Cleveland is insane right now.

    Heh, if that had been Bautista who had bungled that, everyone would be all over him. That's about as bad as you can play a ball in the outfield.

    There's probably some stuff they wanted him to work on with the MLB coaches, and then carry it forward into winter ball to reinforce it.

    No kidding. Use the domes and lower states early, don't play games for the first two weeks in places like Colorado (where it's pretty much always horrible conditions).

    So I think we're missing Pendleton's list, King, and CSJ. One player for LTBF isn't in the Yahoo database yet, so we can sort out a placeholder guy for him later.

    Looks like someone missed an option in step 1 that does that. I don't want to revert it all now though just in case it doesn't work, given that it's already almost finished.

    Yeah, it says they've been successfully approved and goes to the next stage, just like it's supposed to.

    I have no idea what you're talking about. Everything appears to be perfectly normal, just have to wait for CSJ and King before approving the keepers (to make our lives easier).
