    The tack on runs really hurt them too. If Kimbrel doesn't come out with the four run lead, he'll be available tomorrow. Jansen probably isn't.

    Apparently Rosenthal hit 100 mph in a showcase earlier this month. He'd look good in our pen in a prominent role, and could provide a decent return at the deadline.

    Seems to me that's poor planning from Fox. I don't see any reason they couldn't have had ads lined up for extra innings if it happened. That's not MLB's fault. There's no way they'd switch to some other format for the postseason. Regular season maybe.

    Yeah, I thought it was a questionable choice to put him in over the much superior bat in Benintendi, in a park that's hard to score runs in. I was wrong.

    I'm pretty convinced that no matter who does the broadcasting, people will be complaining about them after a year or two. Some people just like to complain. That said, they do need to lay off with the old school stuff.
