  1. Too many splitters. They started sitting on it.
  2. Wow, that replay with Fry in the Cleveland game. That sucks.
  3. Cleveland has pulled ahead of Detroit now.
  4. My guess is he'll pinch hit sometime tonight and be in there tomorrow. Crochet is the kind of pitcher they're going to want to see him against.
  5. This umpiring is terrible. And the Yanks just took the lead.
  6. At least it wasn't the first inning this time. Jays starters in the 1st inning have a 5.2 ERA. The rest of the game they have a 4.1 ERA
  7. WTF? Why the hell would you designate Manoah?
  8. We don't need more injuries. I'd rather see them jog on a play that's an out 99% of the time than see someone else critical go down.
  9. Pete Walker had the right idea. He saw where this night was headed and noped right out of there in the 1st inning. I wish I had followed suit.
  10. The Royals were on absolutely everything. He's probably tipping pitches again or something.
  11. Jose Bautista used to go through stretches where everything was a pop out. We nicknamed him Poptista when that happened. Vladdy is the same. When he gets a little off, he kills worms for a while until he figures it out.
  12. I think that's just the playoffs, but I could be wrong.
  13. One of the umpires had to leave the field (possible medical issue). It has nothing to do with TB. That said, I'm all for them being relocated to Vancouver.
  14. I want to face Seattle. All our games would be home games.
  15. And are now losing in the 10th. Also, the Twins are making a game of it against the Yankees.
  16. I think Caminero lost that in the lights.
  17. The second instance (the Lucas home run) might have bounced off the top of the wall onto the field if the fan hadn't touched it, but it looked like the fan's hand was on the top of the wall. Presumably with the fan not reaching out over the field, it becomes a dead ball as soon as the fan touches it and a home run. The first one seems like it's just total BS.
  18. According to statcast, that Lucas hit was not a home run in any ballpark (it could be adjusted for weather conditions tomorrow though).
  19. I assume he was getting clarification on the nonsense ruling, not arguing the result.
