They're going to need to spend it too, because they've already spent a lot while reaping the benefits of their farm system back when it was actually good. Betts, Benintendi, Boogers, Devers, etc are all gonna get really expensive really fast. -
Of course they're insensitive and offensive. I don't know why, but they clearly are. Disagreeing with anyone who finds something offensive offends them, so that's probably it. Seriously though, why are people wearing burkas going into bars in the first place? Shouldn't that be like the first red flag for a bouncer that someone's trying to pull something? That would be like seeing someone dressed as a Tibetan monk walk into a brothel. THAT joke was probably more offensive than what Binnington said lol.

They have a team that could quietly surprise a lot of people. Their outfield of Pham, Kiermaier, and Meadows looks legit, Adames at SS, Yandy Diaz at 3rd could be a breakout guy (or continue his breakout from last year), Lowe/Robertson/Duffy/Wendle form a nice combo at 2nd/3rd/DH. Maybe they can fix Zunino offensively. I mean, that's a lineup with a lot of underrated talent. Their starting pitching of Snell, Morton, Glasnow and 'openers' followed by Chirinos and Yarbrough might be one of the better ones in baseball.

Curry got hurt in the Golden State game (don't know if it's bad or not, but he left the game). That would be a massive blow to that team if he misses any playoff games.

Apparently Trout has said in the past he has no interest in being marketed, or trying to form or push his brand. MLB has been pushing for him to do more, but Trout refuses. I'm sure there's some more stuff MLB could do, but it also helps to have a willing participant.
