  1. Any poster being annoying like that should be banned for a week, regardless of who they are.
  2. That's not Montoyo's job.
  3. Hanson and Brito are guys you don't care if they sit on the bench for 5 or 6 days a week. You don't want a young prospect like Urina in that bench role, you want him playing.
  4. This is interesting, and not quite what I expected to see: https://www.fangraphs.com/leaders.aspx?pos=all&stats=pit&lg=all&qual=0&type=7&season=2019&month=0&season1=2019&ind=0&team=0,ts&rost=0&age=0&filter=&players=0
  5. Tellez just might be able to hit lefties.
  6. The Strognome??? LMAO, I can't believe he went along with that.
  7. Teoscar should have had that.
  8. Probably could have been an infield fly. I don't really like the 3 feet rule. Put some wide baseline lines out there, and if a runner at any time crosses them they're out. Anything inside them is fair game.
  9. If I'm the Angels, I think I'm pounding Drury inside, not away.
  10. Lol, Boston just got walked off.
  11. If we're tanking, we're failing at it.
  12. It doesn't appear he has much of a case: https://baseballsavant.mlb.com/gamefeed?game_pk=564751&game_date=2019-5-2&type=pitch3d&chart_view=pitch&chart_type=description&inning=&count=&batter_hand=&pitcher_hand=&filter=Ball&player=away-pitchers_592717&view=Umpire&coloring=Pitch%20Type
  13. I have no idea how Jansen caught that.
  14. Ugh, sloppy basketball game, sloppy baseball game, and a terrible night for me in DFS. Maybe if I pinch myself I'll wake up ... and with my luck relive it all again.
  15. The three things I'm seeing (aside from simply not making shots): 1) Guys are taking off to fast break rather than blocking out, and with a team that has the length of Philly you can't do that. 2) Too many passes. We're passing up open shots, and they're playing hard and getting hands in the passing lanes. It's not creating open shots for us, just buying turnover opportunities. 3) Too many drives in the paint. Nothing in there is being called, and they have more height than we do. We HAVE to make outside shots in this series or we're going home.
  16. Time to get the rest of the starters out.
  17. And it just cost the Nats pitching coach his job.
  18. That was just an awful (non) call. Better take the next 9 minutes to figure something out for game 4 guys.
  19. Well, at least we're seeing some emotion from the guys.
  20. I really don't understand why teams let guys roll the ball up the floor in a short clock scenario. That's the time to pressure them even harder.
  21. I think I like annoyed Kawhi even more He's taking over.
  22. He's been pressing. There's nothing wrong with giving him a day, or at least a partial day, to clear his head.
  23. I still think it's fine this game, at least with regards to how all the games are being called. The NBA needs to decide in the offseason what a foul is going to be going forward though. Having guys inside get murdered with no call is ********, but it's happening across the league.
  24. I've watched a lot of the playoff games for all teams this postseason. This hasn't really felt biased to me this game, the NBA simply has changed what they consider to be a foul. It's frustrating as a fan because stuff that's always been called no longer is. That change is not to our advantage based on the way we play, but it isn't just happening in our series.
  25. Did Kawhi just get a foul for being grabbed and held while he was trying to get open?
