    Exactly. And like someone mentioned, maybe they told Jose he'll be DHing for most of the season and he's pissed about it. In Washington he'd be playing field everyday. His value will go down if he's DHing the rest of the way vs everyday outfielder.

    It wouldn't happen, but I'd be fine with trading him. I don't understand why everyone is getting so worked up about the possibility of moving him. He's a liability on defense, so he's only useful as DH. If someone wants to give a big haulf or him, why not? It's not like we're missing him in the lineup. Well some games we are, but we are fine without him. Nathionals have some damn fine prospects.

    What a steal, wow. I can't believe we gave nothing, and they ate almost the whole contract, that is insane. Why would the Padres do that? They must have really love Hansel? I thought for sure we were giving up a ton for him, especially with other teams interested and SD eating contract. As much as I wanted Pompey up, we were pretty much just given a 2.5-3WAR player for free.

    I don't think it affected any of the totals, but I thin some of your projections are off, or am I reading it wrong? For example you have Rangers projected of 87 wins. .576 win% * 162 = 93 win team.
