I saw on twitter the rule is you can challenge when the play comes to completion.  So why didn't they?  Clear as day strike... no one from the dugout yelled at Kirk to challenge?  Do they know the rule?  Is it true you can challenge at the end of the play?

You cant have assistance from the dugout.  Umpires can reject the challenge if they get help.

Can't come from the dugout, Kirk had to challenge immediately after the play ended and he should have.
