Let's hope that short rest was what he needed. The team isn't going anywhere when their best players aren't doing well.

Playing bottom tier teams like the Phillies isn’t a challenge, but it is the type of competition we will be facing in the wild card round.  So I don’t think we should soft play them, just do what we do

When I was there back in 2008 or so, I heard kids yelling "Go back to Canada!" when they played the Jays.  I had to remind them Matt Stairs is a Canadian.
