Not too mention Valenzuela looks completely overmatched at the plate. Although not really his fault as he’s expected to be crap offensively as a 3rd string catcher.

Without Kirk and Barger the bottom of the lineup really falls off and that’s with a lot of guys not hitting already.

It's tough to acquire one right now at this point in the season.

Maybe you sign a FA like Tom Murphy but he seems done lol. Or you trade for a catcher like Joey Bart who might be available.
