This is pretty common for Cease.  There will be plenty of 4 IP, 4 BB, 96 pitch outtings.

Pretty sure you must have heard on the broadcast that it is Baseball 101 to let the ball roll as it had a chance to go foul.  Hes also struggled with his range on a few plays. 

Its ok to criticize when if the team/players are playing bad.  This isnt houseleague lol.
