I understand that you're upset about the start, and you're free to express negativity. But when you're just saying things that aren't true it adds nothing to the conversation and just annoys people.

I meant the players did f*ck all to better themselves as players. They look like they spent the off season drinking and feeling sorry for themselves. 
 

I know the team spent money on washed up ball players.

There was literally 1 guy on the board who stayed on the Jays bandwagon last season (Term) and yet here they are acting like they knew we were going to World Series.  Their act is more pathetic lol.

They did nothing?

They only signed the best SP available, arguably  the best non closer RP available, an intriguing bat from Japan who has been good so far and the Korean league MVP who many were excited by.

 

They have 4 injured starters (pitching) and now 2 injured starters on the hitting side…that’s been a lot of bad luck so far.  They have the depth that they will stilll manage through this.

Jays underwhelmed around this time last season and picked it up congruent to the warmer weather, maybe there are some correlation to their performance as a team and individually as well.

the sting of the World Series still lingers so any criticism of their poor performance this early in the season from those responsible not winning it all is fair game.  Hoffman is definitely one of them.  Thank God IKF is no longer here LOL.

I think I should do myself a favor and just place you on the ignore list like the rest of the mouthbreathers who have very limited baseball knowledge.

Who are the washed up players the team signed now? All of Cease, Rogers and Okamoto have performed very well up to this point, and Ponce was flashing very good stuff prior to the unfortunate injury. They also have Bieber waiting in the wings once he's built up, but of course according to you we should expect nothing out of him despite the fact he performed very well last season coming out of Tommy John surgery.

That's cool you have another over-reactionary/limited knowledge poster to hold hands with. The issue people take with you is the repeated series of sky is falling garbage that you feel the need to spew onto the page every time the team struggles, no matter how short the period of struggles actually is. You are making long term/162 game determinations based on a literal week worth of games. Are you seriously so dense that you can't understand that this is nothing to do with some kind of conformity and everything to do with outright panic posts based on the whopping sample size of 4.3% of the season?

And are you so dense thinking people dont have the right to be upset for 4.3% of the season? 

Do you think all the hardcore US fanbases that boo their players after a week means theyre all dumb and know nothing? 

Most of these franchise have encountered far more success than us and part of that is because they have very high standards for their teams.   This is a damn message board and you have people trying to police other people from being upset.  Soft ass mentality man lol.

Are you a child who is completely incapable of emotional regulation? Despite the uneven start the Blue Jays are presently 4-3 after 7 games. The season is far from over, there is still nearly 96% remaining.

Being an overly emotional idiot doesn't make you "hardcore", it just makes you an overly emotional idiot. And now you are trying to make the point that other organizations have had more success than the Blue Jays because the Blue Jays don't have enough fans with little to no emotional regulation and the complete lack of understanding that it's poor form to act like a season is doomed after 7 games.

It’s still too early for all the doom and gloom. The Jays just need to take the next two against the White Sox and head into the Dodgers series at 6–3.

As for the lineup, it could become a concern later if a few things all go wrong at once - Vladdy not showing much power, Barger hitting a sophomore slump, Springer regressing, or key injuries to guys like Varsho or Kirk. But that’s basically a worst-case scenario across the board. It’s still early, and the lineup needs some time to settle in and start clicking on all cylinders.

No, I dont think being more emotional makes me more hardcore than you guys.  You have your choice in how to be a fan and I have mine.  

Expecting the team to be better doesnt mean I think the entire season to be doomed.  Thats just your weak interpretation.
