Jake Cook may not be a name you know now, but with home-to-first times comparable to that of Rays' speedster Chandler Simpson, you'll know this name very soon. Cook, the No. 11-rated prospect in the Toronto Blue Jays farm system, has an 80-grade run attribute and has just been harnessing it over the last couple of years.
