This one might sting for the rest of my life.  Im absolutely shattered right now.   Majority of my life revolves around sports so I have no clue how I can get away from this.

I would take this every year over never having gotten to the show. Our guys wanted it more and had a much more special year than the Dodgers but the magic ran out a couple innings short.  What a special season. This board has been so much fun to frequent over the last month.  Have a great off-season everyone.

We have to be relevant again next year. If we fail to make playoffs the sting from this game wont die. What a roller coaster the last 3 weeks.

Yea this one stings but i'm very proud of the team. I gave varland alot of crap but he was a workhorse out there in the playoffs.

For Gimenez to show bunt and then hit a ball with an xBA of probably like .800 right into a glove was like "alright, clearly someone doesn't want them to win this".

I blame the loss on Hoffman blowing the lead and Vladdy sucking in 2 critical games

So I had a friend over to watch the game and both of us thought the Jays had won the WS on the groundball in the bottom of the 9th and jumped off the couch shouting. In that moment I knew what it felt like to have my team win a title.

While the loss sucks, at least it is one of the best World Series every played and this World Series will be talked about for years to come

What a great season with so many memories.  Its unfortunate we couldnt get it done.  We were the better team, they had a little bit more luck on their side.  Yamamoto was absolutely incredible.

I'm relieved for the stress to be over with,  regardless of the outcome. Hopefully all of us board members will be together for another run next year.  Shades of the 14/15 Royals.
