  1. This is the worst loss by a team I have ever cheered for. The only one that comes close is wide right by Scott Norwood for the Bills in the Super Bowl. So many chances to get add-on runs. This team had a great season, but it is now totally meaningless because of the WS. It will be known as one of the biggest choke jobs in all of sports for all time. They will not be getting back to the WS anytime soon, probably lose Bichette and not even make the playoffs next year. The Dodgers were 0 and 7 when down 3 to 2 in the WS. One of the biggest choke jobs of all time.
  2. Well, at least next time they make it to the World Series in 2057, and I will be dead and not have to see this team ever again in the WS>
  3. Barger and Kirk should bat ahead of Varsho. Varsho was a total rally killer tonight.
  4. I like reading the optimistic posts even after this terrible game on this forum. After having 2nd and 3rd none out in the 9th, and clutch Clement coming up and all they could do was poop the bed. My optimism has left the house, grabbed a shovel, dug a hole and buried itself. Hopefully, Mad Max can get out of the first without losing the game.
  5. The prices are way too high for me. I looked at Ticketmaster, SeatGeek and Stubhub. Ticketmaster had the highest prices, with the other two being lower but still expensive. Good luck in finding a ticket. It is not going to cost much for me to sit on my couch.
  6. Time to forget the recent past and use the bats to show who is the dominant team. Yesavage is going to strike out a ton. Go Jays Go. I know one thing, this game is not going to be good for my blood pressure.
  7. No team has won a home game in either the AL or NL Championship series. Let's keep the trend going in Seattle. Jays think back to May when you swept 3 in Seattle. Go Jays Go
  8. Jays cant hit, pitch or field. Not much left for them to do other than drink beer and eat pizza.
  9. Well, I just joined this forum tonight Probably not the best time for it. It looked like a night of celebration, but now it looks like they will have to win in Toronto on Friday because they have no one to pitch tomorrow. Plus, the bullpen would need a 10-run lead in order to ensure a win. Even if they make the World Series Barger should only ever be used a PH and never in the field. Schnieder should never have put him in the first place; there was no need to. This is almost Seattle all over again. Here is hoping for the best. Go Jays Go
