Yeah series victories are a must at this point at minimum. The team has managed to hang slightly below the .500 mark despite the extended struggles. The team just hasn't managed to click on all cylinders yet, as the offense consisted of a bunch of slap hitting in the early going while the rotation and leverage relief were top notch. Middle relief was also a big issue in the early going. During the protracted losing streak the offense completely dried up and the pitching staff struggled as a whole. Recently the offense has been picking up but the leverage group really started to suck, most likely due to accumulated fatigue due to overuse.
