I think something is wrong with the balls at Roger’s centre. The ball just isn’t carrying whatsoever. That Springer hit was 100mph at 25 LA and was a lazy fly ball. Yesterday Vladdy hit a ball at like 107mph/32 LA and it didn’t go out of the park. 
 

Could be a reason so many guys are underperforming their statcast expected stats

Gaddis was not pitching well to start that inning and Schneider bailed him out by putting the path to 3 outs on a platter for him.

But even if Straw does cash the runner with a sacy fly, we end the inning and possibly game tied anyway! At best you're playing for a stupid 50-50 extra innings situation

Need to go for hits there to try and get a lead and a win

On a positive note, Josh Walker is looking pretty good in his SSS so far this year

5 innings, 8 KS, 2 BBs and a 1.66 FIP. Getting BABIP'd but otherwise looks good.
