To be fair IKF hasn't been bad this year. He has 1 DRS at 2B and 2 at 3rd already, he's hit for 101 wRC+. I do think the OF should likely be Schneider, Varsho, Springer with KK as the 4th OF and Clement should be starting everyday as well.

 

The sad thing is, if they told IKF that he was going to be a utility bench player moving forward, he'd probably be fine with it. Not his fault they want to give him 600 PA for some reason. Kiermaier seems like he'd have an ego given how great of a defensive CF he was/is, but f*** it, start DS and Clement together and have IKF/KK off the bench. Perfectly reasonable set up.

The sad part is that they shouldn't be considered to be "all people" on this team.

 

Love what I see obviously, but I'm not as sold on them as many long term. SSS. I'd like to see Jays ride them as the hot hand(s) more.

 

Davis is definitely dangerous if you make a mistake - kind of an ambush pull hitter like Jansen, and he has a solid pitch selection.
