I'd love them to sign Bo long term but what happens when that slows down. I hope he can adjust and become an on base machine once the bat to ball skills dwindle.

The time to sign Bo long term was after his second season. Still could sign him long term though you're going to be paying him a premium FA salary.

 

My only concern about Bo is the defense and lack of OBP skills. When he ages, his fielding might get worse and like you said his bat to ball skills could regress as well. He could end up like a Javier Baez or even worse Tim Anderson which is what I would be worried about.
