I don't think thats really true, he has had stretches where hes been productive, like in August and early in the year. His issue is sometimes he produces absolutely nothing

In the batters defence for both sides, this has been a insanely large strike zone

 

Being wrong for both sides is doubly a problem. Excusing incompetence with the rationale of consistency is just wrong
