The way Vlad uses his whole body and his “violent” swing, I would suspect that any lower extremity injury would affect his hitting. Plus, we don’t need another Kirk on the base paths.

IMO this has been the case since early May when he came back from that wrist issue. Hasn't been the same since returning from that, almost instantly when he returned that's when his production started plummeting.
