My bad, I read that wrong, lol. I was agreeing regardless, those first 6 weeks were bonkers.

 

I think most jays fans were excited after the first 8 to 10 weeks, then the office just fell off a cliff. Bo has been solid most of the season, but so many struggled. Merrifield has been amazing for a while now. If Chapman can get going and Vlad can get a confident stroke going, it could be special. Vlad wasn't chasing s*** off the plate early in the year. he seems to be a little more patient lately. hopefully that's a step to push him into being the beast we need him to be.

 

I'd still say that they are better than this, but they have to get over the mental hump and just perform

 

the last couple years I haven't seen many live games. Just too much else happening. I have a little time now and hope to get to see a couple games a week the rest of the year.

I just hope Espinal only starts if DeJong needs a breather, I don't want him or Biggio at 2B again this season, unless there's an injury.

 

Merrifield & Scheider should be at 2B & LF the rest of the season with Varsho as Defensive replacement in the 7th inning, and the odd start against a hittable RHP or to spell KK in CF.

I go every every year, as long as they don't make up some fake crisis again to stop travel. that's not great for my Girlfriend. her business is 100% tourist based. no tourism means she doesn't sell anything. We don't want that again but they definitely have something planned

Outstanding game and pumped they finally gave Schneider his shot. What a joke it took this long. Absolutely outstanding job by the Jays hitting coaches today. They deserve the majority of the credit because they told the players to go deep as much as possible and it really paid off!

If we go into Boston status quo, good chance we get swept. If you don't score at least 4-5 runs at Fenway, you'll probably lose the game. Get Schneider and Horwitz up here and send Biggio and DeJong down. Start Whit at second with Espinal at short, Schneider in LF and give Horowitz a look somehow. We need OBP and a some pop in the line up. The fact that Ross doesn't want his pride but hurt is going to cost us a playoff spot.

Jesus are you actually this dumb in real life or just playing the part on the internet? Kirk has won a silver slugger award for full season offensive contribution. He's baseball's best blocking catcher per Statcast, one of the best framers, and approximately average throwing. Smarten up or you aren't going to last very long around here.
