2-1 game not surprising today given the size of the umps strike zone. Absolute garbage today from blue

It really felt like every time the Jays got a runner to second base the strike zone accordingly increased by several inches. The Chapman AB in the first had a pivotal strike call that really changed the inning.

I saw the strike called in that Vladdy at bat and holy f***. Thank god he was able to reach that pitch he ended up swinging at and swatted a double

Since when did Bo become a slow craptastic runner. Dude needs to lay off the buffet

Fangraphs had an article about this before the season. Big drop off

Laughably bad

8th worst umpire in mlb this season for accuracy…sandwiched between known terrible umps Dan Iassogna and Vic Carrapazza.

Not names you want around yours when it comes to umpiring and strike zone calling

81% accuracy?! Holy f*** that is bad. Anyone know what the worst score this year has been?

Well that’s just 81% accuracy on the called strikes, his overall accuracy was 91%.

But, the worst overall accuracy this year so far was 84.4% by Emil Jimenez on May 8th. Here’s the scorecard:

Holy f***ing f*** is that ever bad!

Seeing that gave me an idea. I would love to have a crazy stats thread etc. that people could post noteworthy stats, performances, stories etc.
