BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2023 Posted May 14, 2023 Richards is a freak 15K/9, 6BB/9 An ERA over 5 and a FIP over 4. Crazy whiff % That cartoon change wipes guys out
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2023 Posted May 14, 2023 Iunno, are you saying the broadcast (Dan/Joe) are misinformed and they are just saying things for the sake of it/promote hiring Mattingly was a good move? I have no stake in this, by the way lol. I'll just agree to disagree. Broadcasters are human, they make mistakes all the time.
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2023 Posted May 14, 2023 Chappy f***ing up big time today. He wasn't even elite last year. He just looked like a massive upgrade because Biggio was playing there before.

Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2023 Posted May 14, 2023 Chapman is good defensively no doubt, but he may be a bit overrated. He’s been properly rated previously, he just straight up hasn’t been that good this year. Some great plays as usual but botched a number of routine ones he normally doesn’t.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2023 Posted May 14, 2023 I still really like Trevor Richards. He prone to some mistakes. But I swear he is also incredibly unlucky and he often gets put into unfavorable situations.
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2023 Posted May 14, 2023 Chapman is good defensively no doubt, but he may be a bit overrated. The numbers say so for what they are worth. Before today 53rd percentile OAA. Maybe he looks better because we all still have PTSD from Vlad and Biggio preceding him at 3B.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2023 Posted May 14, 2023 I blame Man Boobs for Richards numbers. Keeps putting him in s***** situations. Actually legit today. Lets see if John tries to stretch it another inning though
Masterbather Verified Member Posted May 14, 2023 Posted May 14, 2023 Baseball gods evening out those bad strike calls.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2023 Posted May 14, 2023 Chapman is good defensively no doubt, but he may be a bit overrated. He’s very good, used to be elite for sure but he’s not Arenado. Numbers probably inflated from playing in Oakland with all the foul ground
Kordesi Verified Member Posted May 14, 2023 Posted May 14, 2023 That was like watching a train wreck in slow mo
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2023 Posted May 14, 2023 Holy s*** this OF d is an absolute dumpster fire for the Braves
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2023 Posted May 14, 2023 Need to cash this gift. Tired of getting a runner to second with no outs and not advance him
bronson44 Verified Member Posted May 14, 2023 Posted May 14, 2023 yeah they need to take advantage of this one
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2023 Posted May 14, 2023 They would be crazy to pitch to Belt with Jansen and Espinal coming up
Solaxys Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2023 Posted May 14, 2023 Kirk might have been better since he typically doesn't K, but here's hoping since Belt has been our hottest hitter in May
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2023 Posted May 14, 2023 They would be crazy to pitch to Belt with Jansen and Espinal coming up You can't walk the go ahead run, not on semi purpose anyway.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2023 Posted May 14, 2023 You can't walk the go ahead run, not on semi purpose anyway. When you got hitters like Danny Jansen and Santiago Espinal coming up you do.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2023 Posted May 14, 2023 Another wasted 3rd and less than 2 outs
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2023 Posted May 14, 2023 Man boobs really trying to strech out Richards.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2023 Posted May 14, 2023 Confused why Mazya has been up twice if he wasn't going to be used for Olson
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2023 Posted May 14, 2023 Once again I feel like they are asking for way to much.
