If we're just looking at one game here and there then yes. But if decreased velocity becomes a pattern then it is something to be concerned about.

If we're just looking at one game here and there then yes. But if decreased velocity becomes a pattern then it is something to be concerned about.

Of course it is, but people make an issue of a it game to game, it's silly, especially early in the season and with cooler weather.
