There's a Kirk and Belt joke in there somewhere, I'm sure of it.

Red Sox sending the C squad it looks like so should be a nice tuneup for Manoah and whomever else pitches today.

Barger in left stands out. If he can increase his versatility, he's got a better chance of contributing this year (and other obvious statements...)

Yeah, this Spring Training is really kind of boring when it comes to roster speculation.

There's what ... 2 pen spots and 1 bench spot that really have any real conversation around them, and even then the conversation isn't very long.

The 2 pen spots will be filled by Richards and White, unless Richards really stinks it up. White is a bit behind due to injury, so he may open on the IL temporarily so I guess that's a temporary spot that's available. And then it's whether or not Lukes or Lopez gets the last bench spot. Both have been fine so far. Bernard maybe has an outside chance at it, but he's not shown well yet.

Beyond any of that, guys are just jockeying for position on plans D, E, F and further down the line.

That's the sign of a good team.

Don't want to jinx it, but it's been a pretty good spring so far. Only real health concern is Vladdy.

Even those hats are starting to grow on me.

Is Luis Rivera retarded??? That was legitimately the worst send i’ve ever seen

Belt wasn’t even in the frame yet and the catcher had the ball loll

It's also possible that if one of Springer or KK goes down, he could come up and get some major at-bats in the outfield.

This seems to be a real issue. Has any team fired their 3rd base coach after spring training?

Oh - and use another word man. Idiot works well.

Bichette crushed that.

108.5 EV | 453 FT

Tied for the farthest HR of spring.

He's just locked in, so is half the team lol.

Orelvis looks so much better at the plate so far this spring, a lot of good at bats.

Pearson looked phenomenal that last inning.

I personally find the term “Idiot” to be just as offensive

'Idiot' was formerly a technical term in legal and psychiatric contexts for some kinds of profound intellectual disability where the mental age is two years or less, and the person cannot guard themself against common physical dangers. The term was gradually replaced by 'profound mental retardation', which has since been replaced by other terms.[1] Along with terms like moron, imbecile, retard and cretin, its use to describe people with mental disabilities is considered archaic and offensive.[2] Moral idiocy refers to a moral disability.

Zulu looked good.

I liked the patience from Kirk and Belt. There's going to be an awful lot of guys on base for players like Chapman, Varsho, and Jansen.

Jay Jackson still hasnt given up a run this spring. Might be in line for getting his contract purchased at some point this season if he can stay healthy in Buffalo.
